The first thing that came to my mind was that Dol Ammad was another generic symphonic power metal band, perhaps with some Nintendo-like samples every now and then. I was very, very far from the truth.
The songs (in Hyperspeed) flow into each other, with the choir’s amazing voices providing the main focal point to a myriad of musical backing, almost sounding like Vangelis wandering into a choral recital, where Gamma Ray decided to set up for a jam.
